妊娠期急性阑尾炎32例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 32 Pregnant Women Suffered from Acute Appendicitis

目的:探讨妊娠期急性阑尾炎的诊断及治疗方案。方法:回顾性分析我院2000年3月至2010年3月收治的妊娠期急性阑尾炎32例的临床资料。结果:手术治疗30例,保守治疗2例;术后病理检查:单纯性阑尾炎8例,化脓性阑尾炎18例,坏疽及穿孔性阑尾炎4例;切口感染5例。结论:妊娠期急性阑尾炎明确诊断后,应尽早手术治疗。

Objective： To explore the diagnosis and treatment of acute appendicitis during pregnancy. Methods： The clinic data of 32 pregnant women with acute appendicitis were retrospectively analyzed from March 2000 to March 2010. Results： 30 were operated and 2 with nonoperation. 8 were acute simple appendicitis, 18 acute suppurative appendicitis and 4 acute gangrenous and perforated appendicitis with pathological examination after surgery. 5 suffered from surgical wound infection after surgery. Conclusion： For pregnant women with acute appendicitis, it is critical to receive immediate diagnosis and treatment, and surgery is the primary treatment for this disease.
