急诊CT对胸腰段脊柱损伤的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Emergency CT Examination in Trauma of Thoracolumbar Vertebrae

目的:探讨CT检查对急诊胸腰段脊柱损伤的价值。方法:回顾性分析2003年1月至2009年6月我院急诊收治的胸腰段脊柱损伤89例的临床资料,89例均行X线平片及CT检查。结果:CT对脊柱骨折检出率高于X线,CT扫描能快速地对胸腰段脊柱骨折、脱位及椎管等情况做出全面准确的诊断。结论:CT对胸腰段脊柱损伤的准确诊断和分型对临床治疗方案有一定的指导价值。

Objective： To investigate the value of CT examination in emergency trauma of thoracolumber vertebrae. Methods： The clinical data of 89 patients with thoracolumbar vertebrae trauma in emergency were analyzed retrospectively from Jan 2003 to Jun 2009. X-ray plain films and CT scan were taken in the 89 cases. Result： The diagnostics value of vertebra fracture in CT was higher than that in X-ray. Precise diagnosis of fracture, dislocation and the spinal canal of thoracolumbar vertebrae can be made by CT scan rapidly. Conclusion： CT has important value in precise diagnosis, all kinds of dividing groups and guiding of clinical therapy plans of thoracolumber vertebrae trauma.
