自锁托槽与直丝托槽摩擦力的应用对比研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的比较自锁托槽和直丝托槽在临床应用中摩擦力的大小。方法选择安氏Ⅰ类拥挤病例30例。均采用非拔牙矫治,其中13例使用自锁托槽,17例使用直丝托槽。记录每个患者矫治所用时间,观察牙根吸收以及牙周健康情况。结果自锁组平均矫治时间(12.15±1.46)个月,直丝组为(17.49±1.80)个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);自锁组未见牙根吸收及牙周间隙增宽,直丝组则有上述情况出现。结论在安氏Ⅰ类拥挤病例的矫治中,自锁组治疗所用时间明显低于直丝组;牙根吸收或牙周间隙增宽的可能性降低。 Objective To compare the friction of the self-ligation brackets and straight wire brackets in the clinical.Methods To select 30 cases of AngleⅠcrowded patients who come from our hospital.All patients have no extraction.13 cases with self-ligation brackets appliance,17 cases with straight wire brackets appliance.To record each patient's average treatment time、the absorption of tooth root、the condition of pericementum.Results The mean of the self-ligation group is(12.15±1.46)mouths.The straight wire group is(17.49±1.80)months.The difference was statistically significant(P0.01).The self-ligation group have no absorption of tooth root and the pericementum become wider.Conclusion In AngleⅠcrowded patients the friction of self-ligation brackets is less than the friction of straight wire brackets.
