高血压左室肥厚心电Cornell电压标准初探

Primary Discussion for ECG-Cornell Voltage Criteria

目的探讨中国正常人ECG-Cornell标准及其在高血压左室肥厚中的诊断价值。方法以彩色多普勒超声心动图左室质量指数(UCG-LVMI)为依据,对110例中国正常人进行UCG-LVMI检测;心电图Ravl和SV3参数反复测三个心动周期,取均值。ECG Cornell电压值,按95%正常值范围(x-±1.64s)上限值确立本研究Cornell电压的中国人标准。结果国人Cornell电压:男性>24mm、女性>20mm作为ECG-LVH的新界值。Cornell电压新标准在正常组和LVH组间存在显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论国人Cornell电压标准与国外有异,对高血压左室肥厚诊断具有重要意义。

Objective To disscuss the cornell criteria of nomal Chinese and evaluate the diagnosis values of Cornell criteria in hypertensive LVH（Left Ventricular Hypertrophy）.Methods According to UCG-LVMI,110 subjects UCG-LVMI（Left Ventricular Mass Index） were measured.ECG Ravl and Sv3 measured from three cardiac periods and obtain average value.Cornell voltage limits（Ravl＋Sv3） define from the upper data of the nomal data range（±1.64s） from 12-lead ECG as Cornell voltage criteria for Chinese primary hypertensive LVH.Results Chinese people Cornell voltage 24mm（male）、20mm（female）are regarded as LVH.The Cornell voltages have significant difference between nomal group and LVH group（P0.001）.Conclusion The chinese cornell voltage criteria is different from the foreigners＇,which has an important significance in diagnosis for the hypertensive LVH.
