摘要
目的探讨第一掌背动脉桡侧支逆行岛状皮瓣修复小儿手指电击伤。方法利用第一掌背动脉桡侧岛状皮瓣修复小儿拇指、示指电击伤6例,皮瓣面积为1.5 cm×2 cm^2 cm×3 cm。结果 6例皮瓣均成活,利用第一掌背动脉桡侧岛状皮瓣修复手指电击伤,尤其是儿童拇、示指电击伤,血供可靠、损伤小、外观满意。结论第一掌背动脉桡侧岛状皮瓣逆行能够有效的修复手指深度创伤。
Objective To explore the island skin flap of first dorsal metacarpal artery radius branch repairing pediatric fingers electric injury in contrary.Methods From 2008 to 2009,we used island skin flap of first dorsal metacarpal artery radius branch to repair the soft tissue defect of 6 pediatric patients index finger by electric injury in contrary.The area of the flaps was 1.5cm×2cm~2cm×3cm.Results All island skin flaps survived.The island skin flap of first dorsal metacarpal artery radius branch repaired fingers electric injury in contrary,especially in the pediatric soft tissue defect,the blood provides credibility,hurt small,external appearance satisfaction.Conclusion The island skin flap of first dorsal metacarpal artery radius branch can effectively repair finger depth wound.
