血脂安胶囊治疗痰瘀型高脂血症30例

目的研究自制药血脂安胶囊对痰瘀型高脂血症患者的临床疗效。方法将60例痰瘀型高脂血症患者随机分为血脂安治疗组（治疗组）和血脂康治疗组（对照组），通过治疗前后中医症候及血脂指标的变化评价疗效。结果两组患者治疗后，血脂指标均有不同程度改善，血脂安组改善更明显，两组中医证候总疗效有显著差异（P〈0．05），两组治疗后血脂TC、TG、LDL-C均降低，且治疗组TC降低幅度与对照组比较有显著差异（P〈0．01），治疗组治疗后血脂HDL-C升高，与治疗前比较有显著差异（P〈0．01），而对照组治疗后血脂HDL-C与治疗前比较没有显著差异（P〉0．05），两组比较有显著差异（P〈0．05）；与治疗前相比较，两组治疗后血脂动脉硬化指数AI均降低，且组间比较有显著差异（P〈0．05），治疗组优于对照组。

Object i ve To observe the therapeutic effect of Xuzldan Capsule In treating hyperlipoidemia. Methods Sixty patients with hyperlipoidemia were randomly divided into two groups.l.The XZA group, treated with XZA.2.The control group, treated with Xuezhikang Capsule.Compare the therapeutic effect, symptom, tongue and pulse, TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, ApoA, ApoB, Lp （a）.Results thetherapeutic effect of XZA was better than that ofXZK （P〈0.05） .XZAean lower TC, TG, LDL-C, and raise pulse of patients.Conclusion： XZA is superior in treating hyperlipoidemia.
