产科麻醉与分娩镇痛方法浅析 被引量：3

摘要 产科麻醉虽然在技术上并不复杂，但其风险却相对较高。首先，在妊娠期间，孕妇的生理发生了明显的变化，对产科麻醉会直接或间接地产生影响，严重时甚至危机孕妇生命：其次，麻醉的技术和药物会对孕妇和胎儿产生不同程度的影响；再者，妊娠合并的一些疾病以及剖宫产的相关并发症使麻醉风险大增。因此，麻醉师不仅要提供良好的麻醉以使手术顺利进行，
