摘要
本文针对当前高校师德建设引入量化指标考核体系的思想及实践,提出在师德建设中引入量化指标体系存在及可能产生的问题:①师德不宜依赖量化的指标体系进行考核;②片面以量化的指标体系评价师德会扭曲师德的本质;③以功利性的指标体系来引导师德建设会对教师产生误导。
This paper proposes that introduction of quantitative measurement inthe teacher-morality's construction ean produce three problems. The first, the morality should not be tested by a quantitative measurement. The spond, it can stain the essence of morality to evaluate the teacher's morality by quantitative measurement. The third, the material gain in a test-system can mislead the teacher and the teacher-morality's coastruction.
