复合式小梁切除术治疗持续高眼压状态下急性闭角型青光眼36例

目的探讨复合式小梁切除术治疗持续高眼压状态下急性闭角型青光眼的手术安全性和临床效果。方法回顾性总结36例36眼行复合式小梁切除术的高眼压状态下急性闭角型青光眼。结果36例手术顺利，无脉络膜上腔驱逐性出血、恶性青光眼、玻璃体脱出、脉络膜脱离及并发性白内障等并发症。随诊6～12个月，31眼眼压控制在6～21mmHg，手术成功率为86．1％。结论复合式小梁切除术治疗持续高眼压状态下急性闭角型青光眼安全有效。

Objective To investigate the surgical safety and clinical effects of the combined trabeculectomy for treatme nt the acute angle-closure glaucoma under the state of persistent ocular hypertension. Methods We summarized retrospective ly 36 cases（36 eyes） of acute angle-closure glaucoma which were performed combined trabeculectomy under the state of ocular hypertension. Re-suits The surgery of these 36 cases were successful, there were no complications such as the expulsion of suprachoroidal hemorrhage, malignant glaucoma, vitreous prolapse, choroidal detachment. 6 to 12 month followed-up, the intraocular pressure of 31 eyes was controlled at the normal level between~ and 21 mmHg, the achievement ratio of surgery is 86.1%. Conclusion The combined tr-abeeulectomy for treatment the acute angle-closure glaucoma under the state of persi stent ocular hypertension are safe and effec-tive.
