中药配合微波治疗尖锐湿疣40例

Clinical Observation on the 40 Cases of Treatment with Condyloma Acuminatum with Chinese Herbs and Microwave as Well

目的观察中药配合微波治疗尖锐湿疣（condylomaacumina-nm CA）的临床复发情况。方法回顾性分析2007年12月2009年5月间收治的80例尖锐湿疣（cA）患者，随机分为两组，观察组（设为A组）40例微波治疗配合中药消疣扶正汤（自拟方）辨证施渖；对照组（设为B组）40例单纯微波治疗。治疗后分别于1个月、2个月、3个月观察两组患者的临床复发情况。结果中药配合微波治疗比单纯微波治疗临床复发率低（P〈O．05）。结论中药配合微波治疗尖锐湿疣（cA）患者，降低临床复发率有一定作用。

Purpose To observe on the clinical recurrence in the treatment on Condyloma Actuninatum with Chinese herbsand microwave as vail. Methods We analyzed retrospectively on the 80 CA patients who we took in from.Dec. 2007 to May 2009 and divided them into two groups： theobservation group and the control group. We.treated comparatively the observation group （40 cases） with microwave and Resistance strengthening Wa-rtEliminating Decoction, which is a self-prepared Chinese herbal formula as well. Meanwhile we treated the control group which contained 40 casesalso with microwave only. After 1 month, 2 months and 3 months we studied the recurrence of the two group of patients.Resu Its The clinical recurrence rate in the patients who treated by Chinese herbs and microwave is lower than simply treated with microwave. （P 〈 0.05）.
