人组织激肽释放酶14在卵巢上皮肿瘤的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的探讨人组织激肽释放酶14（kallikrein14）在卵巢癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学sP法检测不同卵巢组织中klk14蛋白的表达。结果在不同卵巢肿瘤组织和正常卵巢组织中klk14阳性率表达不同，差异具有统计学意义，P〈0．05。klk14蛋白表达与卵巢癌患者的FIGO分期、组织学分级以及是否有淋巴结及远处转移有关，P〈O．05。结论klk14过表达与卵巢癌的发生、发展及其恶性行为有关，可能为卵巢癌预后不良的独立危险因素。
