The Design of the Control System of Beer Fermentation

基于啤酒发酵工艺的研究,全面介绍了DCS、CAN总线及PLC在发酵过程控制中的应用,并比较了两种系统之间的优劣。本文详细探论了PLC模块的配置与设计、模糊PID控制系统的优势和作用步骤。

Through the pre-study on the fermentation techniques of beer,the present paper roundly introduces the application of DCS,CAN bus,and PLC to the controlling process of fermentation, and comments on each system after comparison,respectively. It also discusses in details about the configuration and design of PLC modules,as well as the advantage and operation of Fuzzy PID control system.
