合理用药监测系统在药物监测及合理用药工作中的应用分析

An Application Analysis of Prescription Automatic Screening System for Drug Monitoring and Rational Use of Drug

目的:探讨如何利用合理用药监测系统,提高医院药学信息服务水平,优化药物监测及合理用药质控方法。方法:统计合理用药监测系统对我院2007年全年住院病人用药医嘱的审查结果。根据与医嘱医生对审查结果的讨论与交流,分析审查中问题及规律,并将审查结果纳入医院质量考评体系。结果:我院2007年全年共监测住院医嘱1289535条,其中合理用药监测系统提示存在严重问题的医嘱有20692条,占所有医嘱的1.6%。医生共修改了9932条,修改比例为48.02%。结论:在医院药学信息服务中,借用信息化技术和专业的合理用药监测工具,可显著地提高临床药师在合理用药监测中的工作效率和质量。

Objective： Discuss how to utilize Prescription Automatic Screening System（PASS） to improve drug information service in hospitals and optimize the quality control methods of drug monitoring and rational use of Drug. Method Count the screening results of PASS with regards to the inpatients＇ medical orders of our hospital in 2007. Results： In 2007, The inpatients＇ medical orders were 1 289 535 in our hospital, including 20 692 （1.6%） medical orders which had serious problems and were pointed out by PASS. The orders modified by physicians were 9 932 （48.02%）. Conclusion： The work efficiency and quality of physicians can be significantly improved by information technology and professional prescription automatic screening tools for the drug information service in hospitals.
