内侧有限切开加克氏针固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折

The treatment of supracondylar humerus fracture on children with limited incision and Kirschner wire fixation

目的探讨内侧有限切开加克氏针固定治疗肱骨髁上骨折的临床疗效。方法 36例小儿肱骨髁上骨折采用内侧有限切开复位加克氏针固定治疗。结果随访时间11-38（平均22.6）个月。切口均一期愈合。评定术后肘关节功能,优良率97%。结论内侧有限切开加克氏针固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折,具有损伤小,有效避免医源性尺神经损伤,固定可靠,早期功能锻炼。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficiency of supracondylar fractures of humerus with limited incision inside and Kirschner wire fixation. Method 36 cases of children supracondylar humerus fractures using a limited insision inside and Kirschner wire fixation. Results in follow - up time of 11 to 38 （ average 22.6） months, all incisions have been healed. Assessment of postoperative elbow function are excellent in 27 cases （75%）, good in 8 cases （22%）, fail 1 case （3%）, good rate of 97%. Conclusion The limited incision inside and Kirschner wire fixation for the treatment of supracondylar humerus fracture on children are with little injury and effective to avoid iatogenic ulnar nerve injury, which is reliable in fixation and effective in early functional exercise.
