摘要
目的了解掌握延长县餐饮单位餐具卫生消毒的工作质量,提供卫生监督依据,提高餐具卫生监督管理水平。方法对不同性质餐饮单位的餐具用随机抽样的方法采样进行微生物学检测。结果 2007-2009年期间共检测样品1952件,合格1543件,合格率为79.05%,其中2009年合格率最高。结论延长县餐饮单位使用的餐具卫生状况整体效果不容乐观,但根据3年检测结果分析消毒合格率呈逐年上升趋势。建议卫生监督部门在今后的工作中进一步加强对餐具卫生消毒的监管力度。
Objective To survey the degermation of tableware in restaurants of Yanchang county during 2007 - 2009 and supply the sanitary status to health supervision. Methods Eight kinds of tableware were selected randomly and conducted microbiological detection. Results:The total selected examples were 1952 pieces, and the number of qualified ones was 1543. The up - to - standard rate was 79. 05%, which in 2009 year was the highest. Conclusion The sanitary status was not optimistic, though it became better and better from 2007 year to 2009 year. The department of health should reinforce more supervision.
