摘要
大学生命教育是回归生命本体的教育,其根本目的是激发生命潜能、创新生命价值、提高生命质量。生命教育的内涵包括敬畏生命、追问生命意义、彰显人文关怀和确立人生信仰。高校应从转变教育观念、开设生命教育课程、建设生命教育师资队伍和加强心理咨询等几方面开展生命教育,实现生命拓展。
College life education is to return to life itself,and its fundamental aim is to stimulate the potential of life,innovate the value of life and improve the quality of life.Its connotation includes reverencing for life,seeking the meaning of life,and establishing life beliefs and humanistic care into life.College education should change the idea of education,offer life education courses,construct life education teachers and strengthen counseling develop life education to realize the life development.
