Cultivation Methods of Scientific Research Ability of Postgraduate in Research Universities

本文引入并借鉴"戴明环"和GB/T19001等质量管理标准中的最佳实践,介绍了一种基于过程的研究生科研能力培养方法。重点介绍了基于PDCA(PLAN-DO-CHECK-ACT)的科研能力培养过程模型、培养阶段、里程碑点及在北京航空航天大学计算机学院的实践过程、效果和经验。实践数据表明本文所提出的方法有效地提高了研究生科研能力培养的质量。

This paper introduces a PDCA（PLAN-DO-CHECK-ACT） process-based research capability cultivation method. The PDCA model, application process, results and experiences in Beihang University are analyzed in detail. Application results verified the effectiveness of the proposed method.
