The application of ultrasound in the study of vascular endothelial function

摘要 目的探讨超声在血管内皮功能研究中的应用价值。方法选取年龄、性别匹配的旅英华人和当地白人各40名,检测体重、腰围、体重指数(BMI)、血压、血脂、血糖,并采用超声检测血流介导的肱动脉内径扩张值(FMD),对两组检测结果进行比较,并分析心血管危险因素、种族与FMD值的相关性。结果华人组的舒张压、FMD值较白人组高(P<0.05),体重、腰围、BMI较当地白人组低(P<0.01,P<0.05),种族因素与FMD值具有相关性。结论超声检测FMD值法是一种无创、可靠、简便易行的检测血管内皮功能的方法。规范检查方法是保证检查质量的关键。 Objective To assess the diagnostic value of ultrasound in endothelial function. Methods A total of 40 British Chinese and 40 British Caucasians were studied by their weight, waist circumference, BMI, blood pressure, lipid, glucose and FMD. The age and sex were comparable within subjects. Results Diastolic pressure and FMD of British Chinese were higher than those of British Caucasians. The weight, waist circumference, BMI of British Chinese were lower than those of British Caucasians. Conclusion The flow- mediated dilation by ultrasound is a non-invasive, reliable, applicable technique in the study of endothelial function. Standard inspection method is the key to quality assurance.
