胎儿超声断层解剖模式图设计与应用:胎儿四腔心切面异常表现

Design and application of ultrasound section drawings:abnormal findings in fetal four-chamber view

目的研究胎儿四腔心切面异常的各种超声表现并绘制成各种模式图,提高产前超声医师对异常四腔心切面的识别能力。方法将我们9年多的胎儿心脏超声检出的、并经病理解剖或产后手术证实的各种心脏异常的典型病例,用模式图的形式绘制出它们在四腔心切面上的典型特征,直观地展现其诊断与鉴别诊断特征。模式图均以左位心的形式表现出来(不包括心脏位置异常)。结果共绘制出16组47种四腔心切面的异常表现模式图。结论四腔心切面异常模式图的绘制对提高对心脏畸形的认识有帮助,为诊断更为复杂的先天性心脏畸形打下坚实基础。

Objective The section drawings of abnormal uhrasonographic findings in fetal fourchamber view were presented to determine the features of cardiac abnormalities in prenatal diagnosis. Methods Records of fetuses with prenatal diagnosis of various typical cardiac malformations in our institu- tion between 2000 and 2009 were collected. The diagnosis was confirmed by postpartum surgery or autopsy. The ultrasonographic characteristics as well as the key points of diagnosis and differential diagnosis of cardiac malformations were exhibited in four-chamber view of the section drawings. Results The features of cardiac malformation in four-chamber view were shown in 47 types of 16 groups. Conclusion The section drawings of the abnormal four-chamber view are helpful for identification of the anomalies of fetal heart and diagnose the complicated congenital cardiac malformations.
