摘要
在铝硅钛合金表面,用G312铁基合金粉进行了激光熔覆实验,用金相显微镜和显微硬度计对试样进行了观察和测试,结果表明:选择合适的激光工艺参数可在铝硅钛合金表面熔覆上一层铁基合金层。加强对试样的冷却,可使熔覆层的显微硬度值达到基体硬度值的13-17倍。
Laser cladding of iron based alloy on the surface of Al-Si-Ti alloy has been investigated.The experiment indicated that by choosing proper laser processing parameters we could obtain a cladded coating on surface of the sample.The microhardness of the coating is 13-17 times that of the substrate alloy.
