He-Ne激光照射对荷瘤小鼠NK活性的影响

Effect of He-Ne laser irradiation on NK cell Activation in mice with tumor

本研究采用２４ｍＷＨｅ－Ｎｅ激光器照射ＳＰ２／０骨髓瘤小鼠脾区，然后用ＭＴＴ法检测荷瘤小鼠ＮＫ细胞活性及瘤块变化。结果表明激光照射组ＮＫ活性明显高于非激光组，组间比较Ｐ＜００１，差异有高度显著性。由此证明Ｈｅ－Ｎｅ激光具有增强ＮＫ活性及抗肿瘤作用。

This study applicated 24 mW He-Ne laser irradiation of spleen region of mice with SP2/O marrow tumor,then used MTT test to measure NK cell activation and tumor change in mice with tumor.Results showed that NK activation of laser groups are raised,Compared with control group(P<0 01)。This indicated that He-Ne laser have enhanced NK cell activation and antitumor function.
