文中简要介绍了“沙漠之狐”行动的概况和国际光电子武器装备的发展趋势及光电技术在现代武器中的作用和效能，并提出了若干建议。

In the paper, we summarily introduce the "Operation Desert Fox" and the state-of-the arts of the optoelectronic equipments and weapons, review the affect and efficiency of opelectronic teehnique in modern weapons. Fiarally, the suggestions on the development of optoelectronic technology are proposed.
