摘要
目的:选育盾叶薯蓣优良品种。方法:通过组织培养,对辐射诱变获得的盾叶薯蓣株系,进行了生化指标及薯蓣皂苷元含量分析。结果:经诱变获得的株系生长率、叶绿素含量和可溶性蛋白电泳谱带与对照株系相比差异很大;大部分辐射诱变株系薯蓣皂苷元含量都超过了对照株系。结论:经诱导获得的辐射诱变株系在生理生化指标及有效成分含量方面与对照表现出明显差异,说明辐射诱变可以作为盾叶薯蓣优良品种选育的途径。
Objective:To select and cultivate good cultivar of Dioscorea zingiberensis wright.Methods:The research project of radiation breeding by tissue culture was done.The physio-chemical index and the diosgenin were analyzed in radiation strain.Results:The results showed that there was difference in the growth rate,the content of chloroplast and SDS-poly lamide gelelectrophoresis of soluble protein between radiation strain and control strain;The content of diosgenin in most radiation strain was higher than that in control lines.Conclusion:There were difference between radiation strain and control strain in diosgenin content and physio-chemical index,therefore,radiation could be effective way to cultivating the superior varieties.
