益气养阴活血中药对肥胖2型糖尿病患者血清脂蛋白脂酶水平的影响

Effect of supplementing qi,nourishing yin and promoting blood flow on serum lipoprotein lipase in type 2 diabetes patients

目的:观察益气养阴活血中药对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)水平的影响。方法:采用益气养阴活血中药复方丹蛭降糖胶囊(DJC)对28例T2DM患者的血清LPL水平进行治疗前后的观察测定。结果:DJC不仅能明显改善T2DM患者的血糖、血脂,提高胰岛素敏感指数等,还能提高患者血清LPL水平(P<0.05)。结论:DJC中药可能通过改善脂肪细胞的分化功能,升高LPL含量,降低血清脂质,减小脂肪细胞体积,增强脂肪细胞的贮脂能力,改善胰岛素抵抗(IR)。

Objective：To observe the effect of supplementing qi,nourishing yin and promoting blood flow Chinese herbs on serum lipoprotein lipase （LPL） in type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） patients.Methods：To determine the serum LPL of 38 cases before and after being treated with supplementing qi,nourishing yin and promoting blood flow Chinese herbal compound Danzhi Jiangtang Capsules.Results：Danzhi Jiangtang Capsules not only can improve T2DM patients in blood sugar,blood lipids and insulin sensitivity index,but also increase the level of serum LPL （P0.05）.Conclusion：Danzhi Jiangtang Capsules can improve the differentiation function of adipocyte,increase LPL level,adjust lipid metabolism,decrease the volume of adipocyte,improve insulin resistance.
