黔产夜寒苏挥发性化学成分固相微萃取/气相色谱/质谱分析

Analysis of volatile oil in Hedychium coronarium from Guizhou by SPME/GC/MS

目的:分析夜寒苏挥发性化学成分。方法:利用固相微萃取/气相色谱/质谱(SPME/GC/MS)联用技术对夜寒苏挥发性成分进行研究。结果:共鉴定出48个化学成分,占挥发性总成分的92.65%。结论:夜寒苏主要挥发性化学成分是β-蒎烯(21.73%),1,8-桉叶素(11.8%),香桧烯(11.32%),醋酸-α-萜品醇酯(6.69%),α-蒎烯(4.67%),柠檬烯(3.78%)等。

Objective：To analyze components of volatile oil from Hedychium coronarium. Methods：The components of volatile oil were investigated by SPME/GC/MS. Results：48 Compounds were identified,which accounted for 92.65% of total volatile oil. Conclusion：The main constituents in the essential oil were β-Pinene（21.73%）,1,8-Cineole（11.8%）,Sabinene（11.32%）,α-Terpineol acetate（6.69%）,α-Pinene（4.67%）,Limonene（3.78%） et al.
