去铁酮对染铝大鼠心肌必需元素的影响

摘要 目的:研究氯化铝(AlCl3)染毒对大鼠心脏的毒性及铝螫合剂1,2-二甲基-3-羟基-4-吡啶酮(去铁酮)的保护作用。方法:35只雄性Wistar大鼠,按体质量随机分为阴性对照组、铝染毒组及去铁酮低、中、高剂量组。前8周阴性对照组给予生理盐水,其余各组给予AlCl3172.5mg/(kg·d),每周5次,后2周,去铁酮低、中、高剂量组分别给予不同剂量的去铁酮,其余组给予生理盐水。测定心肌组织中铝、锌、铜、铁、钙、镁的含量。结果:心肌铁含量低于阴性对照组(P〈0.05=;心肌铜、锌、钙、镁的含量在各组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论:AlC3可致大鼠心肌损伤,铝螯合剂去铁酮在排铝的同时,不影响心肌中必需元素的含量,改善砧C3所致的心肌损伤。 Objective:To explore the cardiac toxicity in rats exposed to aluminum chloride (AlCl3) ,and the inhibition of 1,2-dimethyl-3-hydrxy-4-pyridone (deferiprone) .Methods:35 male Wistar rats were seperated to 5 groups randomly by weight. The four groups except the negative control group were adminstered akuminum chloride (172.5mg/(kg · d)) for 8 weeks, then the different doses of deferiprone were given to the lower, median, higher groups.the rest were given the NS. The contents of aluminum and the essential elements were determined^-1 Results:The content of Fe in cardiac muscle of the Al group is significantly lower than the negative group (P〈0.05) ; while there is no significant difference between groups of Zn,Mg,Cu,Ca in the cardiac muscke. Conclusion;deferiprone is effective tor aluminum elimination,and no effective to other essential elments.
