以黄磷炉渣为原料制备球形碳酸钙 被引量:4

PREPARATION OF SPHERICAL CALCIUM CARBONATE FROM PHOSPHORUS SLAG

摘要 采用黄磷炉渣制备白炭黑后的残留废液为原料制备球形碳酸钙,通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜、Fourier红外光谱仪对所得样品进行表征。结果表明:以乙醇为晶型控制剂能得到球形碳酸钙,只有在温度为15℃、乙醇质量浓度为1%、碳酸钠浓度为0.3mol/L的条件下,才能使晶面的生长速率相同,从而得到球形碳酸钙。在黄磷炉渣的用量为3.0g、碳酸钠浓度≥0.3mol/L、乙醇的质量浓度>7%、温度≤15℃或温度≥35℃的条件下可得到粒径较小的碳酸钙。 Spherical calcium carbonate was prepared with phosphorus slag residue waste after the preparation of silica as raw materials.The samples prepared were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The results show that the spherical calcium carbonate can be obtained with ethanol as the crystal control agents.The growths of the crystalline with different phases are the same at the ethanol of 1%(mass fraction,the same below),the sodium carbonate concentration of 3.0 mol/L and the reaction temperature of 15 ℃,for the synthesis of calcium carbonate with a spherical morphology.The grain size of calcium carbonate is smaller at the mass of yellow phosphorus slag of 0.3 g,the sodium carbonate concentration of over 0.3 mol/L,the ethanol concentration of over 7% and the temperature of below 15 ℃ or over 35 ℃.
