摘要
以氢氧化镁为原料通过热分解法制备了活性氧化镁粉体。利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、压汞仪和热分析仪对粉体进行了表征。结果表明:氢氧化镁通过一步分解生成氧化镁,质量损失率为30.8%,与理论计算质量损失率相吻合。当煅烧温度从400℃增加到600℃,颗粒状氢氧化镁分解生成片状氧化镁。当煅烧温度为550℃,保温10min后,氢氧化镁完全分解,吸碘值达到最大值,为83.6mg/g。
Active magnesium oxide was prepared by thermal decomposition method using Mg(OH)2 as raw materials.X-ray powder diffractometer,scanning electronic microscope,mercury intrusion porosimetry and thermal analyser were employed to characterize the powders.The results show that Mg(OH)2 decomposes to MgO by one step with a total mass loss of 30.8%.When the calcination temperature increases from 400 to 600 ℃,Mg(OH)2 decomposes to MgO from spherical-like to plate-like particles.Mg(OH)2 decomposes completely at 550 ℃ for 10 min,and iodine absorption value reaches a maximum value of 83.6 mg/g.
