摘要
在前期实验结果的基础上,基于能量守恒定律,建立数学模型,得出Fe-Ti-C体系燃烧合成时转化率随反应时间转变关系曲线,发现电场作用下Fe-Ti-C体系燃烧合成符合金斯特林格扩散模型,得出了Fe-Ti-C体系燃烧合成反应机理。
The mathematic model of reaction process for Fe-Ti-C system was established and the relation curves of conversion rate and reaction time were obtained based on former experiment results and conservation of energy. The results show that the combustion synthesis under electric field coincides with Kingsbury diffusion model, and the reaction mechanism of Fe-Ti-C system combustion is obtained.
