摘要
通过热压缩试验对3vol%TiCP增强镁基复合材料的热加工图进行研究,并通过热挤压试验验证。结果发现,3 vol%TiCP增强镁基复合材料的最佳热加工区域在370~400℃、拉伸速率为10-1~10-0.5 s-1的动态再结晶区,并确定了3vol%TiCP/AZ91D复合材料所特有的非稳流变区域。
The hot processing map of 3vol%TiCp/AZ91D composite was investigated by hot compression test, and the research results were proved by hot extrusion test. The results show that, the hot processing map of the composite reveals that a domain of dynamic recrystallization (DRX) occurs at 370~400 ℃ and strain rate of 10-1~10-0.5 s-1, which are the optimum hot working parameters. And the instable flow zone of 3 vol%TiCp/AZglD composite is confirmed.
