摘要
在20钢基体上利用高速火焰喷涂Ni60B,同时对喷涂后的试样进行涂盐腐蚀试验。利用数学的方法对腐蚀动力学曲线进行拟合,并利用先进的分析测试手段如扫描电镜、能谱分析及X射线衍射等对其抗腐蚀机理进行探讨。结果表明:涂层的腐蚀速率随时间的增加而下降,涂层表面连续、致密的Cr2O3、NiO有效地阻止了涂层被进一步腐蚀。
The high velocity flame spraying (HVFS) Ni60B was made on 20 steel. At the same time, hot corrosion experiment was done. The corrosion dynamics curve of the sample was simulated by mathematic method, and the corrosion resistance mechanism was researched by SEM, EDS and XRD. The results show that the corrosion velocity of HWS NiSOB coating decreases with the increase of corrosion time. The seriate and compact Cr203 and NiO film on the coating surface prevents the corrosion from taking place sequentially.
