镍基碳纳米管复合镀层的制备及耐腐蚀性的研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用化学镀的方法在碳钢表面沉积Ni-P碳纳米管合金,并且通过全浸泡腐蚀试验及电化学试验对镍镀层样品及碳纳米管复合镀层的耐蚀性进行研究,分析其腐蚀机理。结果表明,碳纳米管提高了复合镀层耐蚀性。 The Ni-carbon nano-tubes compound coating was obtained on carbon steel by electroless plating. The corrosion resistance of the nickel coating and the compound coating was studied using mass loss method and electrochemical experiment. And the corrosion mechanism was also discussed. The results indicate that the carbon nano-tube improves the corrosion resistance of the compound coating.
