摘要
对自行熔炼的60Cu-Zn-Si硅黄铜,进行不同温度保温1 h然后水冷的热处理,分析比较了不同热处理温度下得到的试样显微组织和相组成,并进行了硬度测试。结果表明,合金热处理后的硬度值为40.8~69.7 HB,400℃保温的试样具有较高的硬度(69.7 HB)和良好的耐磨性,其显微组织为晶粒细小的α相,XRD显示为CuZn固溶体,晶粒尺寸约为10μm,第二相细小弥散分布。
The heat treatment technology for self-melting silicon brass 60Cu-Zn-Si alloy was studied by analyzing the relationship among heat treatment, microstructure and property of 60Cu-Zn-Si alloy. The alloy was heat-treated at different temperature for 1 h and quenched in water. The results show that the hardness of 60Cu-Zn-Si alloy is 40.8--69.7 HB, and the hardness is 69.7 HB at 400 ℃ treatment. The mierostructure of 60Cu-Zn-Si treated at 400 ℃ for 1 h is uniform; grain size is fine and the small strengthening particle (α phase) uniformly distributes in the matrix. XRD results show that the α phase is CuZn solid solution with 10 μm in grain size.
