Zr含量对高纯铜锻件热处理工艺及性能的影响

摘要 介绍了在高纯铜中加入0.1%~0.3%Zr元素后,材料的热处理工艺及性能的变化情况。研究表明,不同Zr含量对高纯铜合金锻件的最佳固溶温度影响甚微,但随Zr含量的增加合金的最佳时效温度随之升高,工业化生产中Zr元素的熔炼收得率稳定性较差,因此含Zr的高纯铜锻件不宜进行批量热处理,应以材料的实际含Zr量水平作为制定热处理工艺的依据。 The change rule of heat treatment process and properties, when 0. 1wt%-0.3wt% zirconium was added to high purity copper, was introduced. The testing results indicate that the different amount of zirconium has a little effect on the best solution temperature of high purity copper forge piece, but the best aging temperature of the alloy increases with the increase of the zirconium amount. The stability of smelting yielding rate of zirconium is poor in the industrial production. So batch heat treatment is not fit for high purity copper forge piece with zirconium, and the actual content level of zirconium is the base of mapping out heating process.
