摘要
患者男,50岁。20甲出现甲板破坏,萎缩脱落伴颊黏膜损害5月余。组织病理示:角化过度,局部可见角化不全,颗粒层楔形增厚,棘层增生,基底层细胞液化变性。真皮浅层淋巴细胞带状浸润。诊断:Ⅳ型甲扁平苔藓。
A 50-year-old male presented with damage, atrophy and shedding of the nail plate accompanied by lesions on the oral mucous membrane. The lesional histopathologieal examination sllows tlyperkeratosis with focal parakeratosis, hypergranulosis, some aeanthosis, basal layer vacuolization, and a bandlike ilffihrate that fills the papillary, dermis and obscures the dermal-epidermal junction. A diagnosis of nail lichen planus type IV was made according to clinieopathological features.
