塞来昔布胶囊治疗带状疱疹神经痛的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Herpes Zoster Neuralgia Treated by Celecoxib

目的初步评价塞来昔布胶囊(商品名:西乐葆,生产厂家:辉瑞制药有限公司)治疗带状疱疹神经痛的有效性。方法按照随机、单盲、安慰剂平行对照的原则将96例患者分成大剂量组、小剂量组和安慰剂组,共3组。大剂量组给予西乐葆400mg;小剂量组给予西乐葆200mg;安慰剂组给予安慰剂(胶囊内装的是淀粉)治疗,分两次口服,同时所有患者给予阿昔洛韦500mg静滴,1次/d,连续两周。在治疗前、治疗后3天、1周、2周和3周时对三组患者的疼痛症状评分,分析并比较三组患者的疗效。结果三组间疗效比较,治疗前各组间疼痛无明显差异,治疗后大剂量组疼痛程度低于小剂量组,小剂量组疼痛程度低于安慰剂组(P<0.05)。结论塞来昔布胶囊有助于带状疱疹神经痛治疗。

Objective Elementary assessment the validity of celebrex on herpes zoster neuralgia preliminary. Methods In this randomized, single-blind, placebo-controlled study, we evaluated the efficacy of celebrex in treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia. Ninety-six patients were divided into 3 groups： high-dose group, low-dose group and the placebo group. High-dose group were assigned to take celebrex 400mg twice per day orally while low-dose group take 200mg and the placebo group reeeived placebo only. All patients were treated with 500 mg of acy- clovir once a day for two weeks. Pain scores were collected and compared with each group before treatment, 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks and 3 weeks after treatment. Results Pain scores showed no significant difference a- mong groups before treatment and after treatment for 3 days. But, pain scores of high-dose group was lower than that of low-dose group, low-dose group lower than the placebo group when treated for 2 weeks or 3 weeks （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Celebrex contributes to the treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia.
