摘要 目的:探讨子宫内膜癌组织中肿瘤转移相关蛋白1(Mta-1)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达及其与子宫内膜癌生物学行为之间的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测62例宫内膜癌和30例正常宫内膜组织中Mta-1和VEGF的表达水平,并分析两者与子宫内膜癌临床病理特征的关系以及两者表达之间的相关性。结果:子宫内膜癌组织中Mta-1、VEGF阳性表达均显著高于正常子宫内膜组织(P〈0.01);子宫内膜癌中Mta-1、VEGF表达均与组织学分级、临床分期、有无淋巴结转移及肌层浸润深度有关(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),而与患者年龄无关。Mta-1与VEGF在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达呈正相关(r=0.582,P〈0.05)。结论:Mta-1和VEGF表达与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展及生物行为密切相关,且两者表达存在相关性。 AIM: To explore the expression of metasta- sis-associated protein 1 (Mta-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and their correlation in the endometri- al cancer. METHODS: In 62 cases of endometrial cancer and 30 cases of nomal endomedium, the expression of Mta- 1 and VEGF was examined with immunohistochemistry and their correlation with pathological phenotype of the endometrial cancer was analyzed. RESULTS: The expression of Mta-I and VEGF in endometdal cancer was higher than that in normal endomedium ( P 〈 0.01). The expression of Mta-1 and VEGF in endometrial cancer was related to clinical stage, pathologic type, lymph node metastasis and depth of myometrial invasion (P〈0.05 or P〈 0.01 ). Positive correlation was observed between VEGF and Mta-1 expression ( r = 0.582, P 〈 0.05 ). CONCLUSION: Expression of Mta-1 expression and VEGF is positively associated with the development and progression of endornetrial cancer.
