免疫蛋白酶体亚单位LMP的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 低分子量多肽(low molecular weight polypeptide,LMP),包括低分子量多肽2(LMP2)和低分子量多肽7(LMP7),为免疫蛋白酶体20S的β亚单位,普遍存在于真核细胞胞质中,胞核中也有少量分布。LMP2和LMP7具有不同的水解活性,降解体内的蛋白或多肽,产生与MHCI类分子结合的短肽。
