摘要
目的探讨术后生长良好的重建前交叉韧带(ACL)移植物MR信号改变过程。方法选取48例ACL重建患者,Lysholm平均积分由术前54分升至术后83.5分,总结其术后4~22个月重建ACL移植物的MR信号改变。扫描序列包括SE T_1WI、GE T_2WI和STIR序列。结果 4~9个月内大部分重建ACL信号增高,术后12~22个月大部分重建ACL信号降低,与正常韧带相仿。结论生长良好的重建ACL移植物,术后MR信号呈现由高到低的变化过程,1年后信号与正常韧带相仿。
Objective To evaluate the serial signal changes of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction grafts on low- field magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Methods 48 patients with ACL reconstruction and Lysholm scores increasing from 54 pre- operatively to 83.5 after surgery were included in this study. The SE T1WI, GE T2WI and STIR sequences were analyzed for MR signal changes of the grafts 4-22 months after surgery. Results The grafts showed high signal intensity at 4-9 months after surgery and decreased signal intensities similar to normal ligaments at 12-22 months. Conclusion The ACL reconstruction grafts show progressive decrease in signal intensity after surgery to normal ligament signal intensity one year after surgery.
