摘要
分析了当前一些国际团体在网络管理方面的研究工作和遇到的主要困难。介绍了开放分布处理（ＯＤＰ）技术，以及将ＯＤＰ方法引入网络管理所带来的好处。
In this paper, we review the international efforts and embarrassment in the network management field Then we introduce ODP technique and identify the benefits ODP bring us At last, we present an ODP approach on analyzing and designing of network management system
