摘要 对南安官桥金牛养殖场肉牛规模养殖循环经济模式,开展农副产品和肉牛场废弃物资源利用及对生态环境影响等技术研究。结果表明,肉牛场可充分利用啤酒糟、花生膜、豆油糟、麦糠等农作物及粮油、食品工业副产品资源,既降低了肉牛育肥饲料成本,又达到农副产品的资源化利用;收集的牛粪外售进行食用菌生产,实现肉牛场废弃物的生物转化和循环利用;利用草地消纳牛场沼液,形成了"肉牛-沼气-牧草"循环利用,浇灌沼液的杂交狼尾草地牧草叶片硝酸盐含量均未超过0.25%硝酸盐安全值,且每年杂交狼尾草草地可消纳约3 000 t的沼液,但对不同土层土壤进行硝态氮含量测定表明,草地土壤硝态氮有呈现下渗的趋势。 To the recycling economic model for beef cattle scale breeding in Guanqiao Jinniu cattle farm,this project was carried on to study resource utilization of agricultural by-products and residues from cattle farm.The results showed that the by-product resource in food-oil industries,such as beer fermentation residues,peanut seed coats,bean dregs and wheat bran,could be fully utilized in cattle farm.In this way,both purposes to reduce the raising cost in meat cattle fattening process and to utilize the by-product resources could be achieved.The cattle dung was used to produce mushroom in order to realize the biological transformation and recycling utilization of cattle farm residues.By using grass land to digest the biogas liquid produced from cattle farm and form"meat cattle-biogas-forage"recycling utilization model.The nitrate content in the leaves of Pennisetum americanum×.P.pureum irrigated by biogas liquid did not excess the safety value of 0.25% nitrate.The grass land growing Pennisetum americanum×.P.pureum plants could digest 3000t biogas liquid annually.However,the determination to nitric N contents in different soil layers showed the nitric N has a leaking-down tendency.
