摘要 防御素是生物体先天性免疫防御系统的重要组成成份,是宿主抵抗外界病原微生物入侵的第一道防线。动物防御素因具有抗菌谱广、抗菌机制特殊、无残留、对自身细胞没有伤害等特点,在畜禽生产中具有广阔的应用前景。 The defensins are the important members innate immune defense system of host resistance and the first line of defense which can resistance pathogenic microbes invade the outside world.The defensins has become a research hot due to a broad spectrum antibacterial,anti-bacterial mechanism of a special,no residue,no harm to their own cells and etc.,will play a greater role in the people's life in the future.
