摘要
综述我国因特网发展情况并分析其发展速度与移动通信相比不够理想的原因，提出需要加强改进的几个方面，主要包括：利用经济规律，调整现有的收费和分润办法，培育良好的市场环境和形成竞争机制，优化网络结构，提高质量改善服务，开拓新业务，使它普及成为平民大众能接受和驾驭的中国多媒体网。
Summarizes the development of Internet in China and analizes reasons of growth speed being not so ideal when compared with mobile communications,set forth some necessary articles for further strenthening and improving,including:take advantage of economic principle,adjust current tariff rate and profit share,cultivate better market environment and form competitive machanism,optimize network structure,upgrade and improve service quality,exploit new services,contribute Internet to a more popular and acceptable multimedia network in China that can be mastered by common Chinese people.
