摘要
以三倍体毛白杨的茎段和叶片为外植体进行组织培养试验,结果表明,较适宜的继代增殖培养基为MS+6-BA 0.01 mg/L+NAA 0.30 mg/L,一次成苗及生根培养基为MS+6-BA 0.05 mg/L+NAA 0.20 mg/L。
Abstract Using the stems and leaves of the Triploid populus tomentosa as explant,the tissue culture experiment was carried out. The result showed that the proper medium for subcuhured reproduction was MS＋6-BA 0.01 mg/L ＋NAA 0.30 mg/L ,and the rooted medium of the one time growth plant was MS＋6-BA 0.05 mg/L＋NAA 0.20 mg/L.
