我国医学伦理学教材关于医学伦理学基本原则的评述

The Basic Principles about Medical Ethics in Several Medical Ethics Textbooks of Our Country

在一些《医学伦理学》教材中,对医学道德的基本原则表述不规范,对两套医学道德的基本原则要么在概念上认知模糊,要么在内容上表达不准确。而且对两套医学道德基本原则之间的内在关系难以辩证统一。导致医学生在学习的过程中对其概念认知混乱,找不到自己医疗行为的准确定位。通过对医学道德基本原则的论证,对医学道德基本原则概念认知达成共识。

In some textbooks of ＂medical ethics＂, the statement on the basic principles of medical ethics is nonstandard ,not only the conceptual cognition is indistinct , the expression of content is inaccurate, but also it is hard to unify dialectically the internal relation between two sets of basic principles of medical ethics. Those lead to students＇ conceptual confusion and make students not to find their exact positioning of medical acts. It tries to demonstrate the basic principles of medical eth- ics,and get a common consensus on it.
