定县模式村卫生员运行机制探讨

Explore of Operation Mechanism of Village Health Worker in the Dingxian Model

随着医疗体制改革的深入进行和建设社会主义新农村的大力开展,对赤脚医生这个群体的研究逐渐兴起。就20世纪30年代以定县模式为依托的赤脚医生的萌芽时期——村卫生员的产生背景、运行机制及其历史地位进行介绍,同时对当代乡村医生出路的借鉴价值作出简要的探讨。

Along with the deepening of health care reform and vigorously evolving of building a new socialist countryside, the study on the group of Barefoot Doctors gradually emerged. In this paper, the embryonic period of the barefoot doctor relying on Dingxlan model in the 1930s--the village health workers＇ generating background, operation mechanism and the historical position were introduced and some brief discussion of its reference value for contemporary rural doctors＇ outlet was made to some extent.
