中药熏蒸疗法配合健康指导在治疗痹症患者中的研究

The study of the steam fog medicine transdermal therapy and nursing interventions on the treatment of Paralysis patients

目的探讨健康指导与中药熏蒸疗法治疗痹症患者的效果。方法选择利用中药熏蒸疗法的患者128例，随机分为观察组（健康指导组）和对照组各64例。对照组采用中药熏蒸疗法；观察组在中药熏蒸疗法基础上给予健康指导。观察和随访疼痛、运动、功能恢复情况。结果观察组总有效率为96．88％，对照组的总有效率为79．69％，经统计学处理P〈0．01，有显著性差异。结论系统的健康指导配合中药熏蒸疗法对提高痹症患者功能恢复效果显著。

Objective To explore the results of health guidance and traditional Chinese medicine treatment on arthralgia syndrome patients. Methods The 128 patients of using traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment were randomly divided into health steering group and the control group, 64 cases in each group. Control group was given herbal steam fog transdermal therapy, the observation group was given Chinese medicine steam fog transdermal therapy based on the given care interventions. The situations of pain, movement, functional recovery were observed and follow - up. Results The significant functional recovery efficiency in health steering group was 96. 88%, in the control group remarkable efficiency was 79. 69%, the difference was significant P 〈 0. 01. Conclusions The system of care interventions can improve functional recovery in patients with Arthralgia syndrome s.
