改进接入流程对择期手术患者心理状态影响的研究

Surgery of different access to the flow of the impact on the psychological states of patients

目的探讨改进接入流程对择期手术患者心理状态的影响。方法选择2008年1月至2009年1月我院择期手术患者136例，随机分为观察组和对照组各68例。对照组按传统接患者流程接患者到手术室；观察组按改进流程接患者人手术室。观察两组患者在血压、心率、S—CAI、等候时间和患者满意度等方面有无差异性。结果两组手术患者在接时BP、HR和S—CAI评分比较，无显著性差异（P〉0．05）；在手术室等候手术期间BP、HR和S—CAI评分比较，有高度显著性差异（P〈0．01）。两组患者在等候时间比较，有高度显著性差异（P〈0．01）；在满意度比较有高度显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论通过改变接入流程，缩短入室后等待时间，大大减轻了患者的紧张、焦虑和恐惧心理，降低了应激反应，也体现了护理工作的连续性，从而杜绝了隐患的发生，提高了患者对手术室护理工作的的满意度，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate different access to the flow of the impact on the psychological states of patients. Methods From October 2007 to October 2008, in our hospital 136 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups, each group had 68 cases. The control group patients were received the traditional flow of patients with access to the operating room; the observation group patients by improving access to the flow between operations. Patients were observed in blood pressure, heart rate, S - CAI, the waiting time and patient satisfaction with regard to whether such differences. Results The results of two groups of patients when in the next BP, HR and S - CAI score comparison, had no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ） ; waiting for surgery in the operating room during the BP, HR and S - CAI score comparison, there were high significant difference （P 〈 0. 01 ） . Two groups of patients at the waiting time were significant difference （ P 〈 0.01 ） . In comparison there was significant difference （P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusions Access by changing the flow, to shorten the waiting time after the burglary, in patients with significantly can reduce tension, anxiety and fear, reduce the stress response, and reflect the continuity of care and thereby eliminate the risk of occurrence of the patients improve operating room nursing job satisfaction.
