三届高职高专医护生对法律知识认知与重视程度调查分析

A study of cognitive ability and value degree of 3 - year paramedical students＇ legal knowledge

目的了解三届高专医护生对法律知识的重视程度和掌握情况。方法连续3年对即将进入临床实习医护生共648名进行相同内容的问卷调查。采用预先设计的统一调查表和数据库。由专人回顾问卷填写表格及将数据输入数据库，并做预试验及中期核查。结果三届医护生平均56．1％不能正确回答有关的法律知识，对法律知识学习缺乏兴趣，对国务院、卫生部颁布的长期和临时性法律、法规缺乏了解，对书本以外的知识了解偏少。结论医护生应加强相关法律课程、法律、法规、护士管理条例的学习，为今后进入临床工作规避法律风险，避免不必要的法律纠纷奠定理论基础。

Objective To know about grasp and value degree of 3 - year paramedical students＇legal knowledge. Methods A study on a same questionaire was answered by 648 students who were going to enter the clinical practice. For their consecutive years, the pre - designed questionnaire and a unified database would be used by designated persons and not only responsible for recalling questionnairs and inputting data but also responsible for pretest and middle examination. Results An average of 56. 1% of 3 - year paramedical students cant correctly answer questions about the legal knowledge and also lack of interest of learning legal knowledge. These student knew little about longterm and temporary laws and regulations issued by the State Council and the Ministry of Health and knowledge outside the books as well. Conclusions Paramedical students should strengthen the learning of legal knowledge related courses, laws and regulations and nursing bill in order to lay theoretical foundation for future clinical work and avoid legal risks and unnecessary legal disputes.
