构建了含有人白细胞介素１０基因的重组质粒并在大肠杆菌中进行非分泌表达。表达蛋白经还原性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳鉴定Ｍｒ１８０００，经酶联免疫测定具有免疫活性，薄层扫描测知表达效率约２１．６％。本实验为进一步研制人白介素１０的基因工程药物奠定了基础。

The recombinant bector vector including hIL 10 was constructed and expressed in BL 21(DE 30). The M r of hIL 10 was estimated to be 18 000 by SDS PAGE.It was proved to be immunological active by the result of ELISA.The expression efficiency was 21.6% by thin screeing.This report laid a foundation for exploting the medical value of hIL 10 as a genetic engineering drug.
